Memberships are billed through Apple and renew monthly until you cancel. To cancel: iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Bespoke Healthcare, Cancel Subscription; or the App Store app, your profile, Subscriptions. The Plan and credits screen in the app links straight to Manage subscription. An email cannot stop an Apple subscription. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; you have 60 days to raise a dispute with us and we will help. Subscription credits bank up to three months’ worth; extra credits you buy never expire.

A written check-in is 1 consult and is answered in 6 to 12 hours. A 10-minute live video call is 2. Free members buy consults at $15 each; Starter includes 4 a month, Core 8, Plus 14. Unused subscription credits bank up to three months’ worth, and extra credits you buy never expire. Request either from the app or by texting Shifu.

Bespoke Healthcare is an iOS app. If something is not working, force-quit and reopen it, make sure you are on the latest version in the App Store, then email us with your device model and iOS version. When you open a consult, the app confirms the city and state you are in so you are matched with professionals licensed in your state.

You can export or delete your data from the app at any time, and you can email us to request either. Only the licensed professional handling your consult sees your case, nothing is sold, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
